When people have instilled a fundamental belief that drives them respect diversity, then any forms of power impugning or attacking the ethnicity can’t stop the dissenting people go on rampage. Authorities may call them rioters and arsonists, but they forget to address the underlying causes that create fury. This results unrest and irreparable loss to people and culture, and eventually translates into a situation beyond one’s imagination. This is happening in a city which is considered an epitome of peace and tranquility across the centuries through various peace treaties.
