It's time to celebrate the linguistic diversity

Natural Language Processing or the NLP is the next big thing we are going to witness shortly. Technocrats having expertise in AI and ML are making relentless efforts to ensure the percolation of the benefits arising out of disruptive technologies. In this quest, not just Hindi, but the other indigenous languages would see a surge of growth in terms of value and respect.

On the other hand, the self-proclaimed champions of Hindi who represent themselves as literary agents have already done much damages. Hindi or any other languages should not be reduced to their ornamental and classical values. The benefit of a language lies in the fact that it benefits the mass in all the pursuits of life. Most of the advocates of regional languages wish to propagate a homogeneous idea. They want other languages to get perished. The conundrum is how do we deal with a pertinent issue involved with this linguistic idea.

Protecting the heritage is our duty, but it shouldn't be practiced at the cost of crushing another heritage. Such destruction pushes the nation into the grave of a cultural bankruptcy, and this fallout has no bailout.
