Reprimanding the perpetrator

My condemnation is based on my geopolitical understanding and the insights unfolding the history of the past. Historically, Talibanis have been the confederates of the US.

In fact, they were accomplices in the period when they committed the most dreadful crime against the women and the children. This is not an overnight development. It's the US that led the truce talk. Were they not aware that the innocent citizens are going to pay the price, the fearful displacement, and the cloud of uncertainties? If it's true then why should we spare the protagonist that is in the centre of the whole mess?
